Ballistol Animal Repellent Spray Pepper KO (Jet) Highly effective defense spray for animal deterrence and self-protection
Ballistol Pfeffer-KO (Jet) is an extremely potent pepper spray designed for animal deterrence and self-defense, featuring 11% OC (oleoresin capsicum) and up to 1 million Scoville heat units. The non-flammable jet spray is safe for use indoors and delivers reliable protection.

Simple application and strong results
Its concentrated food-grade cayenne pepper formula sprays up to 4m. The active ingredient instantly irritates mucous membranes and airways, causing coughing and temporary disorientation.

Legal situation in Germany:
Pepper sprays must be clearly labelled as animal repellent spray. In self-defence or emergency situations, pepper sprays, like other items within reach, may be used against human attackers to ward off a present, unlawful attack on oneself or another person. Proportionality must be maintained. However, anyone who uses pepper spray without being in serious danger is guilty of dangerous bodily harm and thus of a criminal offence. This also applies if the spray is used for too long or too intensively, i.e. if the perpetrator is already lying defenceless on the ground and continues to be sprayed out of fear, panic or even revenge. Animal defence sprays are not covered by the Weapons Act, are therefore not weapons and are freely available without age restrictions. Self-defence (StGB 32 ff.): Anyone who commits an act that is necessary in self-defence is not acting unlawfully. Self-defence is the defence necessary to ward off a present unlawful attack on oneself or another person.
