The EP Weed Guard is a 3″ piece of premium monofilament designed to add weed guards to your fly patterns with ease. Unlike traditional mono sold on spoolswhich needs to be straightened before useEP Weed Guards come ready to tie: perfectly straight and cut to the ideal length.

Strong, clear, and flexible, this material keeps your flies weed-free without interfering with hook-ups. Its also great for custom applications like crafting epoxy eyes or reinforcing fly bodies. Simple, versatile, and effectivethis is the same weed guard we use on all our flies.
