Classic Waxed Thread 6/0 110m (120 Yards)

The Classic Waxed Thread 6/0 110m (120 Yards) is part of the Semperfli 6/0 150 denier range of Classic Waxed Threads (CWT). It has been specifically designed for fly tying large Salmon, Predator, and Streamer flies and for deer hair spinning. The thread is strong and is usually used on hook sizes 8 or larger. The classic waxed threads are unique; they lay flat with a two-core construction but can easily be split to create dubbing loops.

We collaborated with our Pro Team to ensure that the right amount of wax is applied to each thread to securely hold materials without clogging your bobbin holder. Our Classic Waxed Thread 6/0 110m (120 Yards) in Beige is produced using our own computerized spooling machinery, which ensures that the thread is wound evenly and with no overlapping turns. This is crucial because it prevents tangling when using the thread to tie flies.
