Zeus 24V 7kW 3.15 Alternator with Isolated Ground (Common Rail)The ARCO Zeus 24v 7kW alternator generates extremely high amperage at cruising and higher RPMs. This alternator continuously generates over 3kW (109 Amps) at just under 3,000 alternator RPM and almost 6kW (218 Amps) at under 6,000 RPM. In real-world terms, a marine diesel engine at 1,500 RPM with a 2:1 pulley ratio generates over 3kW, and a Mercedes Sprinter at 1,800 RPM with a 3.21:1 ratio generates over 6kW!The ARCO Zeus 24v 7kW alternator turns on for cruising or at mid to higher RPMs, runs cooler, and provides more power than older designs that are larger and heavier. The newest generation of 24V performance has arrived.Competitors 24V alternators utilize a 12V rotor and field current which is less efficient and limits output at all RPMs. ARCO utilizes a native 24V rotor and field current. This results in our 24V alternator running cooler than competitors 24V alternators, having a direct impact on the alternator lifespan.Features:Engineered for high energy production.Suitable for marine, RV, military, and commercial applications.Rapidly charges large battery banks.Coolest operating temperatures for increased performance:Heat shedding coatingsRectifier located on housing exteriorDual cooling fansOEM componentsOptimized for performance at idle speeds.Reduces the need for a generator by creating additional power with your engine.Unleash peak performance with E-Coat/Cerakote, keeping the high amp alternator cooler for sustained amperage output.Use the ARCO Zeus Bluetooth Alternator Regulator for maximum performance or lithium battery charging.SAE J1171 Certified.Proudly made in the U.S.A.Technical Specifications:Voltage – 24vField Type – PRotor Poles – 16Stator Size – 138mmFrame Size – LargeWeight – 15.89lbs/7.2kgRegulation – External OnlyFinish – (Black) E-coatingCut-In RPM – 1,962 Alternator RPMMaximum Alt RPM – 19,000Battery Post – M8 Thread Post, Side MountStandard Pulley – 49K6 (6-groove, 49mm)Pulley Mount – 17mm diameter shaft, 25mm long, threaded M17 x 1.5Pulley Hardware – M17 x 1.5 x 24mm nut, w/ 18mm ID x 29mm OD washer (Included)Diodes – 6 positive, 6 negative, 80A Rated, AvalancheMax Output (Cold, 9,000 RPM) at 27.5v – 284 Amps – 7,810 Watts 11.2 kW PTOSustained Cruising Output (Hot, 6,000 RPM) at 27.5v – 220 Amps – 6,050 Watts 8.6kW PTOSustained Idle Output (Hot, 3,000 RPM) at 27.5v – 50 Amps 1,375 Watts 2kW PTOMax Continuous Operating Temperature – 100C / 212FMounting Application:Must Be Used on Yanmar Common Rail Engines Introduced after 2013 (JH-CR, 3JH40, 4JH45, 4JH57, 4JH80, 4JH110).
