Keitech Shad Impact 2″ 5.8cm Pro Blue Red Pearl 420T finesse bait for perch and trout

Keitech Shad Impact 2″ 5.8cm Pro Blue Red Pearl 420T is a soft jerkbait and baitfish imitation designed to hold a horizontal swimming posture with a natural rolling action. In Pro Blue Red Pearl with colour code 420T, this 2″ (5.8cm) soft jerkbait offers a balanced profile for anglers who want a lure that looks natural and keeps working without excessive speed or rod movement. It helps anglers present a wounded baitfish look without too much kick, which is ideal when fish are feeding on slim forage or reacting to glides and twitches rather than heavy thump.

It can be fished on a drop shot, shaky head, split shot or light Texas rig, and it also works well as a subtle search bait over shallow flats and along weed edges. This size is well suited to drop shot and light jig work for perch and trout, and it can be worked effectively on canals, rivers, loughs, reservoirs or coastal marks depending on your target species and rig choice.

Why It Works for Irish Anglers

The Shad Impact is a good match for venues where fish see lots of paddle tails. Its more restrained movement gives a different look, which can be valuable on clearer loughs, slower canals and light-flowing rivers. The 2″ size is a practical match when you want a smaller, finesse-sized lure for perch and trout.

Perfect For

Soft jerkbait fishing for perch and trout
Drop shot and shaky head rigs
Fishing around weed edges and shallows
Targeting perch and trout with a 2″ profile
