Battery Cable Heavy Wall Heat Shrink Tubing – 1″ x 12″ – Black (2-Pieces)

BHW is coated internally with a dual-purpose thermoplastic liner which flows and encapsulates when heated. When cooled, the tubing offers the mechanical strength of a superior adhesive and the corrosion protection of a high-quality mastic. Insulation varies with different types of wires, different diameters or tubing may be required. When choosing a size, consider any components or connectors that may need to be covered.

Features:

Highly abrasion and impact-resistant
Easy installation, shrinks when heated over 120 C
The thermoplastic liner will adhere to PVC, neoprene and polyolefin, EPR, steel, and aluminum
A sturdy, heavy wall tubing with excellent insulating, abrasion-resisting, and strain-relieving properties. The thermoplastic adhesive provides superior environmental protection.
Any connection in harsh conditions
Adhesive lining provides a barrier against contaminants
Excellent resistance to acids and alkalis
Good resistance to fuel, oil, and solvents
