Rainys Barred Damsel Fly Bodies are floating foam cylinders designed for precise damselfly fly tying. Each body measures 1/16 inch in diameter and 1 1/4 inches long, providing a compact, buoyant core for durable patterns.

Pre-barred for making size 10-14 damselflies, these bodies streamline pattern construction and deliver uniform thickness along the abdomen. The floating foam maintains position during tie in, helping your damsel patterns ride true on the water.

Designed for experienced tiers, these bodies pair with standard damselfly hackle, thread, and rib materials to form quick, reliable damselfly nymphs and emergers. The pre-barred feature ensures alignment of the dorsal pattern, reducing guesswork and improving consistency across a series.
