Design that lasts a lifetime. What makes our products stand out is their unique shape. But apart from making beautiful products, we take pride in our manufacturing process that reduces waste to boost sustainability. Each pair is handmade by master craftsmen who check it for sharpness and precision. The scissors are tempered, polished and sharpened manually. Each pair of scissors is made of two blades that are bent and joined in a way that means they cannot be separated. The extra-fine blades ensure a smooth and precise cutting action. Our scissors are made of high quality stainless steel which can be sterilized and disinfected. Renomed scissors are registered as medical instruments and put safety first.

The Renomed Story

We take pride in our unique manufacturing process. Each pair of scissors is made by skilled craftsmen to create a truly remarkable, high-quality product. Renomed is a family-owned business that was established by Donata and Marek Ruciski in 1981. The original product design was created by Donata while husband Marek took charge of the unique manufacturing and quality assurance process. Their sons joined the business and manage it today, but the goal has remained unchanged since the beginning: to manufacture unique scissors with timeless appeal. Our company has a trading history stretching back decades. The original product with its acute attention to detail has been recognized by the design community and received international design awards. Today our scissors which are made at a historical granary building located in the western part of Poland are exported to 15 countries all over the world.
