The tip section is delicate enough to handle the lightest 2g class plug.
When a load is applied to this tip, it bends reliably but returns quickly, and the strong belly and butt are designed to connect in a well-balanced manner.
Plugging, which uses a lot of treble hooks, has the advantage of being shallow and easy to hook, unlike jig head + worm, which uses a single hook.
For this reason, if you use a hard and strong rod, it will not be a reliable catch as it will easily cause the mouth to break or the hook to break when you forcibly pull it off.
Also, even if the rod has good stickiness but bends too much, it will be difficult to take the initiative in a shallow field with many obstacles.
The DSEX-710 has been designed to bend to the minimum necessary when a load is applied, and to return as quickly as possible after bending.
