Master spec nylon tippet that has supported all kinds of fly fishing scenes. While maintaining reliable strength, thinner numbers are made with materials that emphasize turning performance, and thicker numbers are made with materials that emphasize flexibility. Smooth Tech Coat STC (*1) is applied to reduce surface friction and water absorption to the utmost. Durability has been improved by preventing deterioration due to wear and water absorption. This coating effect makes dry fly fishing more comfortable for thin flies of 5x or smaller. The bag that protects the line from UV rays and moisture is made of environmentally friendly biomass material (*2). (STC*1) The new technology “Smooth Tech Coating” is a special coating of environmentally friendly “non-fluorine” water repellent* on the line surface. Significantly reduces surface friction. It has water repellency that minimizes water absorption, excellent deterioration resistance, and high durability and long-lasting performance. This is a new coating technology that does not impair the flexibility of the material. (Biomass material *2) Master Spec U bags are made from biomass material containing 10% plant materials with consideration for environmental protection. Reduces CO2 during incineration.
